Trying to come up wit a comic

I always have idea for a comic but the most of my problems is that I don't know how to start it. I can't thing of setting and how I can just get a good grasp of the comic feelign

Yo Im a artist, well guy that like to draw stuff and I hope to make a cartoon or comic with my skill. I will be going to college to major art so hopfully some book smart will better my works
